Application Terms & Condition
- Bihar Merit Test Examination is initiation by Helping Educational Foundation.
- Each participate should read and understand all the terms and condition and condition and seek all clarification and explanation form us before filing the application.
- The mode of examination will be offline (Pen paper and based).
- The scholarship amount will be distributed according to the candidate’s percentage.
- There will be fixed time for each question.
- No negative marking for wrong answer for class 7th to 10th and 6/1 Ratio Negative marking for 11th and 12th class.
- All question will be objective type in nature with MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) to answer.
- Student will be given OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) sheet where participant has to shade the correct option.
- Scholarship amount will be transferred to the bank account of students or parents / guardian.
- Candidates should bring his/her government identity card or provided by school.
- Recent authentic non creamy layer Certificate (NCL) is required for OBC candidate not more than 1 year.
- Document in support of physically handicap certificate shall be attested by the institute principal or by gazette officer only. document by notary public will not be accepted.
- Blank sheet will be provided for rough use no other paper will be allowed to carry in examination hall.
- Medium of question paper will be English and Hindi.
- All disputes are subjected to justification of Patna court only.
- After fill the Application form payment will be not refundable.
- Bihar state Student Candidate allowed this exam only.
- Before the application accepted self-declaration by the candidate.
